Rewards for Participating in the TalktoGiant Feedback Survey
During each entry period, five (5) winners will be selected to receive a $500 Giant Food gift card.
Each prize has an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $500, making the total prize value for every entry period $2,500.
Terms and Conditions for Rewards
All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on the gift card. Rewards cannot be exchanged, assigned, or transferred unless permitted by the Sponsor.
If the advertised prize is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
The Sponsor is not responsible for replacing any lost or stolen prizes.
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with their prize, including federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable.
The total number of prizes awarded will not exceed the number specified in these Official Rules.
How Winners Are Notified
Winners will be contacted by email, phone, and mail within two business days following the drawing date of each entry period.
Selected winners may need to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receiving their notification, unless otherwise required by law.
If a selected winner cannot be reached after two attempts, fails to return the necessary documents within the given time, or is otherwise disqualified, the Sponsor may, if time permits, select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
